Prince George’s County Board Approves Blueprint Schools Phase II P3

On September 28th, the Prince George’s County Board of Education voted to approve the Blueprint Phase II school facility P3 in the district. The project will design, build finance and maintain eight school buildings within the district over a long-term concession. The facilities are anticipated to comprise more than one million gross square feet.

Hawaii NASED Project Relaunches with RFI

After months (years, actually) of twists and turns, Hawaii’s Stadium Authority and Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) unveiled their new approach to procuring the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) P3. DAGS published the RFI in June, and an  RFQ for the project is planned for this fall.
