Hawaii’s New Aloha Stadium and Entertainment District (NASED) project has a new shortlist, and the state plans to accept proposals from the shortlisted teams later this year. The winning concessionaire will redevelop the state’s Aloha Stadium in Oahu, and will also act as a lead developer for a massive surrounding entertainment district comprised of housing, commercial and office developments.
