Tennessee Choosing Choice Lanes

They’ve been referred to as managed lanes, express lanes, and High-Occupancy Toll (HOT) Lanes. In Maryland they will be called OP Lanes. Now, in Tennessee, they’ve come up with a new name for a project that adds lanes with dynamic tolling along an existing highway network: “Choice Lanes.”

Colorado Law Provides Broad Authorization for Social Infra P3s

Colorado Senate Bill SB22-130 has now officially become law. The legislation provides a broad authority for all branches of the state government to enter into P3s for social infrastructure. The law does not modify existing P3 authorities for the state department of transportation or institutions of higher education.
