PennDoT has selected Bridging Pennsylvania Partners (BPP) as the apparent best value proposer for its Major Bridge P3 Initiative. The state intends to sign a Predevelopment Agreement with BPP in the coming weeks, and to partner with them to complete planning and permitting for nine bridge replacement projects.
