Bidders for the New Aloha Stadium and Entertainment District (NASED) project in Hawaii have been sitting on the shortlist since late 2020. After many delays, it appeared that the state was preparing to issue the RFP at the beginning of the year. Now, it appears that the project may have taken yet another turn – and again, one for the worse.
