It has been a wild couple of months for Hawaii’s NASED stadium redevelopment P3 procurement. After much uncertainty, it now appears that the project may be coming full circle. In May, Governor Green announced plans to revert the project back to a single P3 procurement for both the stadium replacement project and the development of the larger property development in the remainder of the stadium district.
