With Governor Josh Green now sworn into office, it appears that Hawaii’s stadium P3 procurement is moving forward again – after a nearly three-month delay. Governor Green has instructed the Stadium Authority and Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) to move forward with the RFP for the stadium redevelopment P3 as originally intended. The RFP will likely be published in January.
