Another month, another make-or-break vote for the Purple Line. At the upcoming meeting of the Maryland Board of Public Works (BPW), scheduled for 26 January, the BPW will decide whether or not to approve the Purple Line’s updated P3 agreement, which will include a new design-build contract.
