Vinci Concessions has officially reached financial close for its acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in the Northwest Parkway concession in Colorado. The acquisition was completed at a valuation of approximately $1.2 billion, and will significantly increase Vinci’s U.S. highway portfolio.
