Skanska exited its investment in LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP) LLC, the concessionaire for the LaGuardia Terminal B P3, in December. The firm executed a binding sale and purchase agreement its 32% interest in LGP, selling its interest to co-investors Vantage and Meridiam for $115 million.
