One of the more innovative predevelopment procurements in the United States has moved a bit closer to selecting a project alternative, but still has a long way to go. In January, LA Metro hosted three Community Open House meetings to update the public on the Sepulveda Transit Corridor project, and to review the six design alternatives that Metro is considering for the project.
