The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has released an RFP for a project to redevelop 18 different service plazas statewide, and then to operate and maintain the plazas under a 30-year concession. Most of the targeted services areas are along the state turnpike, while others service I-95 and state route’s 3, 6 and 24.
