LAWA Board Vote for LAX APM Cost/Schedule Claims

The board of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) approved an additional $200 million to settle claims on the LAX Automated People Mover (APM) project in May, bring the total budget for the P3 to $2.9 billion. The new funding will help resolve a number of cost and schedule claims that have imperiled the near-complete rail P3 over the last year.
