Alternative procurement in Colorado notched a huge win in early 2023. The Central 70 P3, which is the largest transportation project in state history, held an opening ceremony at the end of 2022 and has reached final traffic alignment, with minor punch list items wrapping up this year. Despite a complex history, challenging engineering, and an extremely contentious stakeholder environment, the $1.17 billion Central 70 project is looking at an on budget delivery.
