According to local news reports, the Chicago Skyway concession may be back on the market – for the third time. Bloomberg reported this month that two of the Skyway’s current investors are considering selling their stakes in the asset, though none of the investors in the toll bridge confirmed the reporting. The Skyway concession is currently owned by a consortia of three Canadian pension funds: The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System (OMERS), and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (OTPP).
