The U.S. Virgin Islands advanced its major brownfield airports P3 in December, hiring Stantec as the Technical Advisor for the ongoing procurement. Stantec will also provide comprehensive consulting services for the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) on ongoing development projects at the airports. VIPA is aiming to select a preferred proposer for the P3 in the coming months, and to break ground on the redevelopment projects by the end of 2024.
